How it works

Package 1:

Your apartment will be rented out on a nightly basis. You will receive either 50% of the rental income or a fixed monthly amount based on current rental market value. Our aim is to provide a complete investment package through which we take over the property on a full management basis.

Package 2:

We will arrange guests to stay in your apartment and take a commission. Your property will be listed and advertised FREE of charge thorugh our marketing channels. Bliss Serviced Properties Ltd operate on a commission only basis, ensuring you only pay for the bookings received. We will charge a commission of 12.5% on the total room rate + VAT.
