- The appartment was modern, new and clean and even had a DVD player. There was ample utensils,pots and pans to cook a meal. The kitchen was clean, worked perfectly and just great. I cannot really fault it at all. I would and indeed have recommended it to people i work with.

- A superb alternative to a hotel - first time i have used a serviced apartment, but will definitely use again! The room quality was great and the location right in town. spot on! the customer service recieved before our stay was second to none - fantasic service, have already recommended to friends.

- Pleanty of space, well equiped and furnished. Very good value (cheaper than many hotels in the area) and ideal if you prefer not to have the fussiness of a hotel and delays while checking in and out. I found it much more relaxing for a one night stay than in a cramped single hotel room for the same money.

- absolutely superb. we needed somewhere central to cheltenham and this was perfect. We had a most enjoyable stay and contact with staff was most helpful. We are now booking a week as the couple of days there werent enough.

- We were very impressed with the friendliness of everyone. Paula and her staff were very helpful. The flat itself was comfortable and clean. The apartment building is very central to the main shopping area and with good restaurants close by. Paula was very informative about the local amenities and always at the end of the phone to answer any queries. We would definitely stay here again.
